PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bend conductive leads with stable accuracy by firmly fixing a package without breaking the package at the time of bending the leads. SOLUTION: Since an LED lead frame 1 is provided with hanger leads 3a, 3b, 3c, and 3d extended in three ways of the package 2, the conductive leads 5a,..., 5f can be bent with stable accuracy without shaking the package 2. In addition, since it is not required to press down the package 2, the package 2 is not broken. Moreover, since the hanger leads extended in the directions facing the conductive leads 5a,..., 5f are respectively composed of two leads and the widths of the hanger leads 3a and 3d extended in nearly the vertical direction are increased, the rigidity of the package 2 becomes higher and the bending of the package 2 can be prevented surely at the time of bending the conductive leads 5a,..., 5f in the forward direction or backward direction of the package 2. |
