PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire connecting method and a pressure sensor without using an alloy containing lead in connecting, and requiring no complex work such as precise positioning. SOLUTION: Ends of electrode wires 16 to 22 of the pressure sensor 10 are heated by a welding torch to be melted, and thus ends of a plurality of element wires constituting each of electrode wires 16 and 22 melt and weld with each other to form a substantially spherical or granular connecting part 42. In this state, the element wires do not scatter at the end of each of electrode wires 16 to 22.
