PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the easiness for carrying out a printing plate by relieving adhesion force for positioning and attraction due to static electricity when the printing plate is carried out from a surface plate. SOLUTION: When a photopolymer plate 102 brought into contact with a surface plate 110 is carried out to a subsequent step, rollers 260 are protruded from the surface plate 110 so as to relieve adhesion force (insufficient relief of negative pressure by a vacuum pump 256, attraction due to static electricity or the like) generated between the surface plate 110 and the photopolymer plate 102, and the photopolymer plate 102 is supported on the rollers 260.
