PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce remitter's preliminary work in the run-up of generation of a remittance request, for instance, on the occasion when the remitter possesses a plurality of remittance origin accounts, or a plurality of remittance requests are to be made, or on the similar occasion, the preliminary work being that for making the remittance request using an electronic funds transfer system, the remitter has taken the remittance time limit and remittance charge into consideration, has selected remittance processing method, and then has inputted information items required for the selected processing method. SOLUTION: A center device having a recording part is connected to a remitter terminal and a financial institution device, and the center device has a customer data recording part that associates customer identification information for identifying a customer with account identification information possessed by the customer to store them, an appointed day recording part that stores, for each financial institution, transmission time limit of remittance request information for the financial institution device, for every transmission processing method of the method of transmitting the remittance request information to the financial institution device, and a charge recording part storing the charge for the remittance request by each transmission processing method for every financial institution, and the center device, on remittance request from the customer, selects an optimal transmission processing method (and remittance origin account) according to the charge and the appointed paying-in day. |
