PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator terminal and an interactive automated contract system that can synchronize data shared with an interactive terminal and a host device and can insure the consistency of the data. SOLUTION: The interactive automated contract system, that is connected to the host device 3 and is comprised of the operator terminal 2 connected to an interactive terminal 4, makes an event relay function part 15 perform processing so as to provide association for the shared data for a host interaction screen 31 displaying instructions to the host device 3 and reception contents, and for a terminal interaction screen 32 displaying instructions to the interactive terminal 4 and reception contents so that if the display contents on one side is modified, the display contents on another side is concurrently modified. Besides, the shared data are recorded and stored in a data repository 16 managed by the event relay function part 15. |
