PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for near field optical recording disk and a near field optical recording disk which allow a flying head equipped with an optical head to stably float and run above the surface of a resin substrate obtained by ejection molding. SOLUTION: With respect to the resin substrate obtained by ejection molding, grooves and sector marks of which the rotation directions are opposite when viewed from respective sides of the substrate are formed on both sides of the substrate and the physical sectors of the sector marks are placed approximately in the same positions on both sides so that recording and reproduction of both sides are possible. At least one side of the substrate is bent into a shape having the center of curvature in the substrate direction to obtain the near field optical recording disk having stable floating characteristics. |
