PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent break of the tips of wires when crimping and certainly contact the wire with a connector by pressure in a wire crimper device having a wire tip aligning mechanism. SOLUTION: The wire tip aligning mechanism 72 of the wire crimper device 1 comprises a vertical surface 66 of an applicator 10, a stuffer 12, and fixed wire guide 6. While the wires 2 having irregular tip 60 are butted to the vertical surface 66, the wires 2 are pressed into the connector by the stuffer 12 moving along the vertical surface 66. The tips 60 of the wires 2 are certainly pressed, and the wires 2 are returned for excessive length in the arrow C direction to have a suitable length and then connected to the connector 14 by pressure. |
