<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow grasping at-a-glance on which field of research-and- development and applicant puts the accent by classifying and organizing a comprehensive technology system of patents owned by the applicants. SOLUTION: In a support system for creating patent portfolio, published free information is input as basic data (step 1) to a computer (2), the applicant classifies the information (3) to extract patent applications and a table of registrations (4), the extracted patent applications and the table of registrations are processed by using classifications by word by needed field (5), the patent applications and the table of registrations are determined whether they are performed by the applicants or not (6) and the result of the determination is classified into field-specific tables of patents (7-A, 7-B, 7-C).</p> |
