PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty salon-support server capable of comparing track record information with that of other beauty salons having similar environmental conditions to own beauty salon and easily evaluating a track record of the own salon with objectivity. SOLUTION: The beauty salon-support server comprises a means of calculating a variety of track records of the own beauty salon based on the chart information of customers of the own salon through accesses from a salon terminal 2 and presenting a display screen for track record information including a salon condition inputting means to input the calculated track record information and salon conditions of salons to be compared and a means of acquiring inputted salon conditions from the salon terminal 2 of the own salon when the salon conditions of the salons to be compared by the salon condition inputting means, calculating the variety of track record information of salons matched to the salon conditions based on the chart information of customers of the salons matched to the acquired salon conditions and displaying the variety of track record information of the salons matched to the calculated salon conditions on the display screen.
