PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security of a system utilizing a non-contact type data transmission/reception body by causing function destruction and structure destruction of the transmission/reception body by leaving a part of an antenna unit or the antenna unit itself on an attached body side when peeling off the non- contact type data transmission/reception body from an attached body. SOLUTION: A sticking layer 7 on one surface of a base material is turned to a strong adhesion part 9 disposed at at least one part in an antenna unit corresponding area 10 and a weak adhesion part 10 disposed on one surface of the substrate excluding the area of the strong adhesion part and the antenna unit 6 is disposed on the antenna unit corresponding area 8 at least partially in correspondence with the strong adhesion part 8.
