PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily utilize a driver IC that is the most suitable to an output transistor. SOLUTION: This driver IC integrated microcomputer circuit consists of a microcomputer 5, a driver IC 6 composed of a plurality of transistors 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a and 12b and for increasing the driving capability of the microcomputer 5, and an output transistor 7 for controlling a load 8 with large current capacity, and a chip size of the transistors 10a, 10b, 11a, 11b, 12a, and 12b constituting the driver IC 6 and the output transistor 7 is optimized and also the driver IC 6 and the output transistor 7 are integrated into one.
