The grinding machine comprises a base (1), with a tool- piece carrier (9), that is driveable in X- and Y-directions and having a tool receiver (19) that carries at least one processing tool (27), and is rotatable and axially slidable about a vertical axle (C). The supports of the tool receiver are mounted inside the base and vertically slidable in the direction of the rotary axle. There is a bearing stand (25) that carries at least one tool, and is set on the upper end (21) of the support of the tool receiver.
