Cement of thinly-liquid consistency is made from fine grain sand, fine grain quartz sand, cement, water and optionally a mineral pigment. The sludge is rubbed into the dried-out surface which is to be finished. A fleece or felt is used to grind it into the surface, which is then dried-out.
