PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor or the like capable of integrally, efficiently and appropriately performing a plurality of image processings. SOLUTION: The image processor for performing a plurality of the image processings to an object image is constituted of a decomposing means for decomposing the object image into components of a plurality of frequency bands, an analyzing means for analyzing the components obtained by the decomposing means regarding a plurality of the image processings respectively, a component converting means for converting the components obtained by the decomposing means on the basis of an analyzed result of the analyzing means, and an image generating means for generating an image for which a plurality of the image processings are applied to the object image from the components of a plurality of the frequency bands converted by the component converting means. |
