PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency of a generator, by fully utilizing output power of the generator; and further reduce energy cost, by suppressing use of a commercial power supply. SOLUTION: Ambient air temperature of the generator 2 is detected by a temperature sensor 5 and sent to a changeover device 10; and an output power capacity corresponding to the ambient air temperature at the time is derived by referring to a T/P (temperature/output power capacity) conversion table 13a at a changeover control device 13 of the changeover device 10. Further, a load 4 connected to a power supply line of the generator 2 is determined so as to approach the 100% duty factor, by assuming the output power capacity to be the upper limit, and changeover control signal is issued to a changeover unit 11. The generator 2 is efficiently operated, without being affected by the ambient air temperature, by renewing the upper limit value of the output power capacity at a predetermined time interval. |
