PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic imaging apparatus with a low profile, excellent assembling performance and required strength. SOLUTION: The electronic imaging apparatus includes; an imaging device 21 for photographing an electronic image; a board 3 on both sides of which electronic components including the imaging device 21 are mounted; a lens mirror barrel 4 to support an imaging lens to form an object image onto the imaging device 21 and fitted to a front side face of the board 3 by screw fastening, a monitor 19 that is used to view an image photographed by the imaging device 21 and fitted to the rear side face of the board 3 by screw fastening in common with the lens mirror barrel 4; and an electronic camera or the like that is assembled by screw fastening in common with the board 3 and provided with a front cover 1 and a rear cover 2. |
