PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headphone comprising a housing for supporting a driver unit and an arm fitted to the housing, that can simply and excellently be configured. SOLUTION: The headphone comprises a driver unit 101 driven by a received audio signal, a housing 110 that houses the driver unit 101 in the inside and to which an ear pad 140 is fitted to its outer circumference, and an arm 130 connected to the housing 110. The arm 130 is provided with a second flange 133 connected to a first flange at the housing side when connected to the housing, and the flange 112 at the housing side and a flange 133 at the arm side act like flanges for mounting the ear pad 140. Further, both the flanges 122, 133 support the driver unit 101.
