SOLUTION: Operating information related to the operating state of the image forming device is recorded, monitoring information corresponding to the operating information is created by monitoring the image forming device from the outside, the operating information and the monitoring information are transmitted to a management device to administer the image forming device via a communication line, and the management device administers the image forming device on the basis of the operating information and the monitoring information. |
