PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illegality preventing label adopting merits of both of the illegality preventing label with an IC memory chip and the illegality preventing label with a recording layer for electromagnetic detection. SOLUTION: For the label 10, the IC memory chip 11 having information for illegality prevention recorded therein, for which a conductive layer 2 for electromagnetic detection prevention is a reception antenna, is attached to an inner layer part of a label main body composed of a multilayer laminated structure of a surface layer 1, the conductive layer 2, the recording layer 3 for the electromagnetic detection and an adhesive material layer 4. The recording layer 3 functions as a monitoring layer (ON/OFF signal information layer, a binary signal information layer) for monitoring an illegal action such as illegal take-out of an article to which the label 10 is stuck and monitoring whether it is illegal or genuine. The information recorded in the chip 11 is used for generating the information for confirming, judging and alarming using conditions of the article to which the label 10 is attached, the order reception and ordering of the article or an illegal use/genuine use (non-genuine article.non- recommended article/genuine article.recommended article) in the use of the article or the like. |
