摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical circuit device which generates low-power rectified low-voltage from AC voltage, so as to reduce the quantity of current consumption. SOLUTION: This electric circuit device has two circuit blocks which are combined with each other via a middle circuit, and the first circuit block of these two circuit blocks has a capacitive input stage for generating the voltage of the middle circuit where the voltage is limited, and the second circuit block asymmetrical half bridges which generate AC voltage at a level lower than the line voltage, which is supplied with the middle circuit voltage, and for each of these half bridges, the AC voltage is converted into the level of low voltage, by being decoupled from the output end via a downstream transformer, and is rectified via a diode.
