PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balanced oscillator circuit consumes less current and an electronic device employing the same. SOLUTION: The balanced oscillator circuit 1 is configured by proving first and second transistors Q1 and Q2 whose emitter and collector are connected in series, and connecting an inductive reactance means 2 between the bases of the two transistors in a power source and a ground. By making the current flowing through the two transistors Q1 and Q2 commonly, current consumption can be reduced.
