PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive endless belt which is a resin film belt used for image forming devices of a tandem system, intermediate transfer system and tandem intermediate transfer system and has good strength, more particularly good bending durability, creep resistance and surface smoothness and an image forming device using the same. SOLUTION: The conductive endless belt which is a conductive endless belt for transfer and/or conveyance of the tandem system of transporting a recording medium held by electrostatic attraction to four kinds of image forming bodies cyclically driven by a driving member and successively transferring the respective toner images to the recording medium, in which a mixture composed of a thermoplastic resin and whiskers (fibrous inorganic compound of an aspect ration >=10 and/or metallic particles) is used as a base material and the image forming device using this conductive endless belt.
