PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker magnetic circuit configuration that can easily be assembled and inexpensively be manufactured by reducing number of components, and to provide a speaker using the configuration. SOLUTION: In the magnetic circuit configuration for the speaker 10 where opposing a magnetism generating means 20 fitted to a holder 12 to a magnetic body 36 fitted to the holder 12 can form a magnetic cap 70 for driving a drive body 50 and a diaphragm 40 fitted to the drive body 50, the magnetic body 36 is configured by utilizing a frame 30 for fitting and fixing a diaphragm 22 fitted to the holder 12. The holder 12 and the frame 30 are fitted and fixed between a fitting fixing section 17 of the holder 12 and a bottom 32 provided over the entire circumference of the frame 30 and also made by extending the magnetic body 36 forming a magnetic field 70 from the bottom in opposition to the magnetic generating means 20.
