PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily grasp the video input characteristic and present situation of each camera. SOLUTION: A camera main body graphic 50 showing the present direction of a camera, a sectoral maximum pan angle graphic 52 showing an angle range where the camera is panned to the maximum, and a sectoral present angle of visibility graphic 54 showing the present photographing range are displayed at the installation position of each camera on a map showing the installation places of cameras of operation objects. If a camera can not be turned, the maximum pan angle graphic 52 is not displayed. The maximum pan angle graphic 52 is a sector of a fixed radius obtained by being expanded to be both sides from a camera installation direction centering on where the camera is installed by 1/2 angle of the maximum pan angle. The present angle of visibility graphic 54 is a sector of a fixed radium obtained by being expanded to both sides from the present camera direction centering on where the camera is installed by 1/2 angle of the present angle of visibility angle.
