PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of recovery for a cleaning member for toner that is offset to a fixing roll. SOLUTION: In the apparatus, the cleaning member pressurizing member bringing a cleaning member abutted to the fixing roll into a pressurized contact with the fixing roll is applied with bias which has reverse polarity as the toner.
