PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile machine capable of easily handling many documents with many business customers and particularly capable of efficiently managing received documents and providing the documents to users. SOLUTION: In the facsimile machine, the processing method of received documents is registered in a management table corresponding to the destination number. When an operator designates a destination by one-action dial, the job is performed according to the registered method. Further, the management table includes password information, and the processing means is activated only when an entered password is coincident with the registered password.
