PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make flexibly and reliably transmittable a plurality of electronic mails to the same destination. SOLUTION: In a relay server for processing an electronic mail from a transmission origin, the mail is received, and the received mail is stored in a storage means. First and second transmission destinations are designated in the stored mail, and the second electronic mail is synthesized with the first mail according to a synthesizing condition when there are the first electronic mail with the synthesizing condition and a specified condition added thereto and the second mail with the same specified condition as the previously specified condition added thereto. The synthesized electronic mail is transmitted to the original second transmission destination.
