PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer system capable of transferring data in a data transfer route at cycles other than limited cycles and with low power consumption. SOLUTION: The data transfer system comprises a stage S1 for processing inputted data at 1st number of cycles required, a stage S2 for receiving the data processed at the stage S1 and processing the transferred data at 2nd number of cycles required, a stage S3 to which the data processed at the stage 2 are transferred, a 1st separation part 107 arranged between the stage S1 and the stage S2, and a 2nd separation part 111 arranged between the stage 2 and the stage 3. Then, when the data are inputted to the stage S1 at the number of cycles corresponding to the processing cycles having the summed number of cycles of the 1st and 2nd number of cycles, the 1st separation part the 2nd separation part are made through. When the data are inputted to the stage S1 at the cycle other than the above processing cycles, the 1st separation part separates the 2nd stage S2 from the 1st stage S1.
