PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head-mounted display which does not damage the health of a user when being continuously used by the user for a long time. SOLUTION: A head-mounted display 100 includes a display part 150 for picture display, an optical part which allows the user to visually detect the picture displayed on the display part 150, a detection part 160 which detects whether the user puts on the head-mounted display 100 or not, a timer which measures the time when the detection part 160 detects that the user puts on the head-mounted display 100 and the picture is displayed on the display part 150, and a control part 130 which changes the visually detected picture so as to suppress the fatigue of the user's eyes. |
