SOLUTION: A database 4B stores business talk support information including a commodity number, a seller dealing with the business talk of the commodity and information indicating the advance state of the business talk. When receiving a display request of the business talk support information form a seller's terminal 1A through the Internet 3, a server 4A transmits the business talk support information stored in the database 4B to the terminal 1A.
