SOLUTION: This vending machine 0201 is provided with a receiving part 0202 for the cellphone identifier (telephone number), a calling-out part 0203 for calling out the cellphone having the identifier received by the receiving part 0202, a purchase information receiving part 0204 for receiving the purchase information on goods form an owner of the portable telephone, a customer's purchase information transmitting part 0205 transmitting the customer's purchase information to an information management center, and the like. Whereby the purchase of the goods, and the management of the information on a consumer in accompany with the purchase can be performed by using the cellphone. |
