PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a selling system that totally eliminates the risk in a movable property manufacturer or sales company. SOLUTION: The system is provided with: an ownership transfer means for setting trust in a trust company with respect to a movable property manufactured by the movable property manufacturer having a completion test certificate and transferring ownership thereof to a trust company; a trust benefit right issuing means for issuing a trust benefit right to the movable property manufacturer associated with the ownership transfer means; a movable property evaluating means for making an evaluation in a specialized company that can make an assessment with regard to individual movable property; an estimation means for making an estimation on the basis of a transfer procedure of the completion test certificate, an assignment money calculation, and the evaluation of the movable property evaluating means; a trust benefit right assignment means for assigning the trust benefit right to a special purpose company from the movable property manufacturer; a securities sales means for replacing the trust benefit right to securities and selling to general investors through the special purpose company; and a movable property sales means for selling the movable property to an end user thereof from a sales company. The system is arranged such that the movable property is sold to the end user through the above respective means. |
