PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side multicolor emission type surface-mounted LED that hardly causes positional deviation at mounting time, is reduced in the deterioration of its LED element caused by heat generated at turning-on time, and can efficiently fetch light in a light leading body at the time of incorporating a back light module. SOLUTION: In this surface-mounted LED, electrodes are provided on the front and rear surfaces of a substrate mounted with the LED element and the thicknesses of the electrodes provided on the substrate are made thicker to become >=100 μm. In addition, the plated thickness of a through hole is adjusted to 45-75 μm, and the LED element is mounted on the substrate by offsetting the position of the element in the vertical direction with respect to the center of the product of this LED in the height direction. |
