<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food production control system capable of selectively monitoring a part of a food production line having a possibility of generating a man-made operation miss to start the work only when safety is confirmed. SOLUTION: This food production process control system for controlling a food production line for producing foods through a worker selectively monitors a part of the food production line having a possibility of generating a man-made operation miss, and outputs the work allowing signal for allowing the man-made operation to the selected part for monitoring only when safety is confirmed on the basis of a result of a food inspection and a worker number. Since the work is started only when safety is confirmed, an intentional or a careless carrying of the food, which is not inspected yet, into the food production line can be prevented, and an accident such as food poison due to the man-made operation miss can be prevented.</p> |
