PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lighten the burden of processing for a customer and a securities company in online securities transaction using the Internet. SOLUTION: A securities company server 30 stores customer's transaction terms desired including a stock name and a desired price in a database in a transaction server 40, and always monitors whether or not the current transaction price matches with the desired price. If the current price matches with the desired price, a HTML server 50 transmits, to a customer terminal 10, HTML mail describing that the terms desired are met and describing a screen for inputting transaction terms designated. If the HTML mail in which the transaction terms designated are inputted is sent back from the customer terminal 10 to the securities company server 30, the mail is used as an order slip, and brokerage operations for stock are conducted.
