PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an externally exposed speaker with high water-proof performance without losing the workability of arrangement and wiring so as to discharge water drops caused in the inside of the speaker. SOLUTION: In the externally exposed speaker where a frame 30 supports a rear side of a cone shaped diaphragm 32 vibrated by a voice signal and the frame is attached to a front panel 10 which is placed to cover and protect the diaphragm, water drainage paths 50A, 50B to discharge water drops pooled in the rear side of the diaphragm are formed to the frame for supporting a circumferential edge of the cone shaped diaphragm, and a drainage hole 52 to discharge water drops flowing through the discharge paths downward is formed to the front panel. Thus, discharging water drops caused in the inside of the speaker can enhance the water-proof performance.
