PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing viewer information presenting viewers having similar interest tendency for every scene unit of image contents. SOLUTION: This system has an image contents reproducing means 11, a means 12 for specifying image structure information which is significant end of image contents, a means 21 for receiving user distinguishing information, image contents distinguishing information, and the image structure information, a user information DB 23 for storing the user distinguishing information, the image contents distinguishing information, and the image structure information, a means 24 for obtaining similar user information related to the same image contents distinguishing information and the same image structure information from the user information DB 23 based on the image contents distinguishing information and the image structure information, and a means 13 for presenting the similar user information to the viewers of the image contents.
