PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video distribution method and its system that can provide a user with its desired video contents at a low cost and allow an advertisement requester to make effective propaganda advertisement for aiming at a particular target. SOLUTION: A contents list 30 with CM addition charge in a video server connected to a viewer terminal via a network 3 stores a plurality of providing charge lists including no charge according to the amount of CM inserted to one video contents. When the video server receives a providing request of video information from the terminal, the video server provides information of the contents list 30 with CM addition charge to a Web page. When the video server receives designated desired contents and a desired CM amount from the terminal, a video signal synthesis section 27 receives the designation, and a video contents section 24 corresponding to the designated contents inserts the CM by the designated amount to the stored video contents and distributes the resulting contents to a request source terminal. |
