PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a shielding method in which noise being generated from a printed board is reduced easily and significantly without requiring a significantly multilayered printed board by enhancing a ground plane to obtain a return path of signal stably thereby suppressing high frequency noise being generated from a signal pattern or suppressing common mode noise or differential mode noise being generated between a ground layer and a power supply layer. SOLUTION: When a shield plate 30 is fixed to a printed board 10, the shield plate 30 is fixed tightly to the printed board 10 through an insulator 40 and the ground pattern of the printed board 10 communicates electrically with the shield plate 30.
