PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement, accounting and application system using a multi-functional banner provided with a means for changing the function of the banner to an initial banner, a display/trial banner or a contract banner in accordance with a contract state between an advertiser site and an agent site or between a user site and the agent site. SOLUTION: The system uses the multi-functional banner provided with: a management database 21 for recording the states of an initial banner 4 provided with an application condition registering means for registering the application conditions or the like of service provided by the advertiser site 1, a display banner 5 provided with a sign up means for reading the information of the banner 4 and recording the agreement of a trial contract or a regular contract, a trail banner 6, and a contract banner 7 provided with an authentication means for permitting the use of service only to a user having formed the regular contract in order to change the functions of the multifunctional banner to those of the banners 4 to 7; and banner information update means 83, 84, 86, 87 and 88 for updating the data of the management database 21. Thereby a user of the advertiser site 1 can easily present information such as the account number of a remittance account for the using charge of the site 1 to a user of a user site 3. |
