PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restaurant information system for collecting a degree of customer's satisfaction, opinions and information concerning served dishes, service, etc., in an eating house such as a restaurant and a coffee shop. SOLUTION: The system is provided with an information collection subsystem 10 and a customer terminal 30 connected to the subsystem 10 through a communication line. Questionnaire information is displayed on the terminal 30, an answer input to the questions is received from the terminal 30 and the questionnaire answer data inputted to the terminal 30 are transmitted from the terminal 30 to the subsystem 10. The subsystem 10 gives a prescribed privilege to a customer answering the questionnaire. |
