SOLUTION: In a service provider server 3, there are registered user terminal information including positions and coverage functions of user terminals 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, etc. The service provider server 3 acquires digital material advertising information including a coverage location and coverage method from the user terminal 1a, and notifies the digital material advertising information to the user terminal 1d retrieved on the basis of the digital material advertising information and user terminal information of the user terminals other than the user terminal 1a. The user terminal 1a advertising the digital material acquires the collected digital material by the user of the user terminal 1d. The service provider server 3 performs settlement on transaction of the digital material for the users of the user terminals 1a and 1d through the intermediation of the server. |
