PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication service providing system that can timely distribute proper advertisement information to a possessor of a wireless communication device as a target and to provide the wireless communication device, a wireless communication service providing method and a wireless communication method. SOLUTION: In the wireless communication service providing system, an advertisement information management server user a notifying channel of a base station covering a distribution area to inform a plurality of wireless communication devices about distribution destination conditions according to the distribution destination conditions (particularly the distribution area) designated by a sponsor, and when the distribution destination conditions satisfy reception conditions, each wireless communication device uses a speech channel or the notifying channel to acquire advertisement information provided by the advertisement information management server. Then each wireless communication device does not acquires the same advertisement information again even when the distribution destination conditions satisfy the reception conditions again, if acquiring advertisement information.
