PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a GPS on a portable telephone terminal or a PDA, so that useful information is presumed or retrieved from positional information and the behavior of an individual can be managed. SOLUTION: A GPS function is mounted on the portable telephone terminal or the PDA. By means of the GPS function, the positional information is fetched at every given time and is stored in a memory. From the positional information stored in the memory, information, for exercising behavioral management, of location information representing the location, the behavioral information on if the individual is stopped, walking or taking a ride in a vehicle or the like is presumed or retrieved. A behavioral list is produced based on these pieces of information. With the behavioral list, the individual's behavior in a day is managed. |
