PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication method by which the com munication attribute of a destination relay terminal can be acquired and it is decided that whether or not the relay terminal can transmit data on transfer request under a desired condition of a transmission source and to provide an information communication device, a program and a storage medium. SOLUTION: A CPU 102 uses a management table to manage network addresses of another relay terminals, when a transmitter side terminal receives faxing instruction, the transmitter side terminal acquires address information of relaying instructed terminals registered in the management table, informs the instructed terminals about facsimile data desirable of transmission processing to inquire the instructed terminals about a facsimile transfer request, analyzes processing result information items returned from the instructed terminals via the Internet as a result of the inquiry when the instructed terminals apply faxing processing to request data, uses one of the instructed terminals for a relay station and controls the instructed terminal so as to request the transfer of the facsimile data through the network.
