PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow system in which a worker can refer to task information in advance, processing result is previously set so as to automatically process a task and the task is automatically distributed if task staying occurs. SOLUTION: The workflow system with staying prevention function 1 is comprised of a database 6 having an answer storing database 14, and a task information database 11, and capable of disclosing the information timely, a staying monitoring part 8 having a function concerned with task processing time, a server 2 having a workflow function part 5 for exercising management control of the workflow, a client 3 and a network 4. The staying monitoring function 8 has a staying monitoring function that monitors the flow of the task to provide instructions of the task destination change, and a predetermined arrival time calculation function for calculating the predetermined arrival time of the task, and the workflow function part 5 has an answer diversion function and an automatic processing function. |
