PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for reducing risk related to the decreasing of expense for maintaining intellectual property right for a first corporate body. SOLUTION: The above reduction is accomplished by transferring a title in the intellectual property right accompanied with the collateral permission of license of nonexclusive and free loyalty for the use of the invention, a promise for maintaining the intellectual property right so that it can be enforced has been made from a second corporate body, and, in the payment of a given causa, an option for the first corporate body to reacquire the title in the intellectual property right from the second corporate body is provided. Otherwise, the second corporate body can freely use the intellectual property right for the financial gain of its own. |
