PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant seamless belt which has flame retardancy without influencing other performances such as conductivity, which causes no contamination of a photoreceptor during use and which is friendly for the environment. SOLUTION: The seamless belt to be used for a transfer belt 3 or the like is formed by using a thermoplastic composition as the main component such as a polyester thermoplastic elastomer having the volume specific resistance of 1.0×10<4> Ω.cm to <=1.0×10<12> Ω.cm and containing melamine cyanurate by 15 wt.% to 40 wt.% to the whole weight.
