<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-stage flip-chip amplifier which is small in size and inexpensive. SOLUTION: A DC cut capacitor is provided so as to stop a DC power applied to a field effect transistor forming an amplifier from flowing outside, an interdigital capacitor formed on a dielectric board mounted with an electric field effect transistor by the use of bumps is used as the above DC cut capacitor, and a bias circuit is formed by mounting a low-frequency bias laminated ceramic capacitor and an interdigital capacitor on the same dielectric board mounted with the above field effect transistor, by which a small, inexpensive, and multi- stage flip-chip amplifier can be obtained.</p> |
