PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert recording mediums like CDs to partially disable read of records in recording layers by a simple device. SOLUTION: The device comprises an insertion part for inserting recording mediums one by one, a processing part which gives scratches and rugged flaws to the recording layer of the surface of the inserted recording medium by continuous processing to disable a reproducing device to read a record in the recording layer, and a small-sized external box in which these insertion part and processing part are arranged in proper positions, and the gap between processing faces of processing rolls facing each other, which are arranged in the processing part is set to 90 to 95% of the thickness of the recording medium, and a storage part for storage of processing chips is provided in the bottom part.
